This license agreement applies to the freeware version of KF Web Server.

KeyFocus Ltd.
This software license agreement is entered into between you (Licensee) and KeyFocus Ltd. (Licensor), the owner and creator of KF Web Server. The license is non-exclusive.

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing KF Web Server, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install KF Web Server.

Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by KeyFocus Ltd. (KFL) to use this software free of charge.

You may, without making any payment to KFL:

a) give exact copies of this version of KF Web Server personally to anyone;
b) distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of KF Web Server, if done exclusively through electronic channels; and
c) make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of KF Web Server as you
wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from KFL. KFL reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

Limitation of liability for indirect damages.
KFL cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect damages resulting from the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

This software is provided under license on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KFL or any third party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the program, cannot be held responsible under any circumstances, for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of profits, interruption of business activities, or other, faced by the user of this program, even in the case that KFL has been advised of such damages.

You assume responsibility for the result or performance of the program. KFL may, at any time, revoke this license by notifying the user of the software. You may cancel this license to use the product by destroying or erasing all copies of the software.

All rights of any kind in KF Web Server which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by KFL. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble KF Web Server. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by KFL herein.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each of the parties agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement.
